In a week-end workshop format, various strategies for enhancing the stewardship level of small/rural congregations and their members will be explored centering on stewardship education and stewardship programs which are appropriate to the small church.

J. Joseph Trower, retired Director of the Missouri Office of Church World Service/CROP.  Joe also  served as the Development Associate for MSR Center for Rural Ministry.  He is a volunteer for the Festival of Sharing.  He also serves as bi-vocational pastor at Salem Presbyterian Church, Morrison, Missouri for over thirty years.
